This fight was tedious as hell because Foster showed great defence but a reluctance to really throw any punches. Conceiçáo tried to push the pace and nicked rounds that way but Foster tried his best to make the fight boring and he succeeded. I don’t understand the game plan though because in other fights where he’s been way more active and was winning more clearly, he’s been down on the cards. Was he thinking this would be different? He won the fight for sure and this was a robbery but Foster had an awful game plan. Also the commentary was hilariously bad suggesting Conceiçáo wasn’t even landing punches 😂 They were seriouslg calling him Floyd Mayweather’s successor. 🤦♂️
