This was one of my most anticipated fights from the weekend and it lived up and then some. Both men were great but I thought Agyarko showed a lot of heart. In the end I had Davis winning but it could’ve went either way and it’s a shame that the knockdown at the end was called (even though it didn’t end up mattering as much as I thought). I think Agyarko was thrown off completely by it and while I can see it being a legit knockdown as a punch landed, I think he had already slipped. I am probably a bit biased though because he used to train at my gym and he’s the hometown fighter. Great fight though and I would love to see it again.
