This was a fight many had Conlan potentially slipping up in, and he won in impressive fashion. It would’ve been a forgone conclusion if this was the Conlan of a few years ago, but we didn’t know where he was at. He’s still good and did really well to get Bateman out of there quickly. Bateman isn’t that great of a fighter but at least now we know Conlan is still better than his level.
